Session Overview:
For the first 20 minutes, we will be discussing a topic related to peri-menopause (topics below), as well as time for interactive Q&A! A great opportunity to connect with other women going through similar changes, there is no need to suffer alone! Understanding.

Hormonal Health and Nutrition (May 6th) - Common symptoms and signs of hormonal imbalances and related health concerns. We know we need to eat differently in this phase of life and Dr. Lara will be sharing tips, tools, and resources to help you make a lasting change in your nutrition - that doesn't feel overwhelming or hard to follow. 
 
Movement + Sleep + Stress (Jun 3rd) - How to address these facets during peri-menopause so you can help manage belly fat, mood, and brain fog and feel in control again. Practical and easy steps that don’t feel overwhelming. 
 
BHRT (July 8th) - Understanding Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy and how it can be used to alleviate symptoms associated with perimenopause. We will also be discussing maintaining overall health and quality of life as we age.

Dates: Tuesday May 6th, June 3rd and July 8th 2025 
Time: 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The program is non-refundable. 

Naturopathic Visit receipts will not be provided, only a general program purchase receipt. 

This program is a group support program, individual medical advice or protocols will not be provided. 

What if I want more 1:1 meeting with Dr. Spector?

Dr. Lara, ND is able to provide naturopathic visits you can book a FREE 15-minute discovery call.


Patients in Ontario would have access to our Naturopathic associates while patients outside of Ontario would have access to our Nutritionists and health coaches.
